Strawberry kokanee and the slow bite

I ran my Water Wolf camera for a while on Friday while trolling Soldier Creek. The bite was pretty slow all day, but it definitely was not because the fish weren't there. I could see them on the finder but getting them to actually bite was pretty difficult. They would follow the lure -- sometimes for a minute or two -- and then just peel off and leave.

I've attached several frames from the video. If I have time I'll edit some of the video and post it later.
