Not a great report on fish action, nevertheless, a great morning on the water......Took a young dad and his 2 little boys out for their first boat fishing experience this morning, at E.C. Maybe the big drop in temperature affected the bite, I don't know...but we still did ok....2 poles out on D.R.'s, one extra on a planer board...total 9 hits for the morning (0830 to 1200) Probably an hour or so too late to start, but then, he had 2 little boys....so it was ok....the boys did boat 4 nice 'bows, 12 to 14", so they were happy....and I think they learned from those lost....good snacks, cooler weather, no wind 'til we left, no kids overboard.....and I didn't have to clean any fish....Success! ...Guluk...
