I have read about a lot of people taking their wives and daughters out fishing recently and I say good on ya. My wife is a SoCal gal and doesn't like fishing and hunting but she supports me. (She thinks fishing is going out on the ocean in big boats, etc. and wants me to go out overnight the next time we get down to Calif.) My two daughters are a different case though. They love to fish. The older one has held many positions that are usually reserved for men only and done a wonderful job. She out shot everyone in her ROTC unit. And my DIL is hooked on fishing, especially for kokes after going after them with liketrolling. You might say I'm a feminist.

The older I get the more I would rather be considered a good man than a good fisherman.
