Craig, like owning the same brand of boat (Lund) I think you and I have the same opinion on the west coast states. And the northern states (Dakotas, Montana) are just a bit too "wintry" in the winter for me.
I doubt I would be able to afford the "traveling" type retirement that you plan. But I wish you best of luck .
