I took Uintaice and another guy to Strawberry today, we had to work at it but we limited out and caught about 2 cuttthroats for every Kokanee we caught and we got 1 rainbow. We started on the east side about 5:45 and worked back towards the marina 41ft. Was our best depth out in the triangle we got 7 kokes before the bite died there around 10am at 11am we made a move over behind Hawes point and finished our limits there catching them at 20 and 30ft. A pink micro hoochie behind a 4.5” pink sling blade was our best set up, but we caught a couple on orange and some on pink hoochies with with blades behind 5.5” sling blades. I’ll be back out there Monday with a father and son and hope to duplicate our success.
