Thanks for the info. This has my interest peaked. On really hot fishing days, have you tried hooking the camera directly to the rigger ball, then the release to the end of camera. Running your leader 4 feet behind this set up. Now you don't have to reel in the camera with the fish; also less likely to loose the camera. On the gorge I run very short leads from my rigger balls, but the depth is a lot deeper than most lakes. My main want for this camera is to tell on slow days if the squid I'm running is bringing them in, but not good enough to make them take it. So I want almost immediate feed back. That's why I asked about a card reader. Thanks for your time 😊

Side thought, I used to hook my pop gear to my rigger ball, then the release to then end of the pop gear. Hated reeling in pop gear, takes all the fun away. But I don't use pop gear any more, someone want them....lol
