Hey, Shane. I measured finger width and length, eye width, forearm, and leg. I got measurements from 28-33 inches. The problem of going off the eyes and glasses is that his face is farther away from the camera than the fish is and I think we all know how a fish can be made to look bigger by holding it out closer to the camera (not that I am saying that it was done here). In any case I think it's just a WAG. [

Just for reference, typically a human face is ~5.5" wide. Pupil to pupil is about 2.5".
