Hey Randy there will hopefully be a sheet there to fill out to say you haven’t had your boat in infected waters or else you have decontaminated it. You can also get one on line at the Utah STD mussel cert. site. Search it on Google. Do the one day and be sure to sign and date it. No fee in Utah. About the only thing without a fee. Hope that helps. I’ll be bringing your flag. See you then. Jeff
