I was in Good Hope on April 15th and the fishing was pretty good in Red Canyon and in Ticaboo for walleye. But, the runoff has started and the lake is rising. That means that the mud line will extend further south. When I was there, the water in Ticaboo and Red Canyon was ok but the mud has extended clear to the restrooms now.
I would pose your questions and look at Wayneswords.com. for more information. But, I personally would not head to Good Hope now until the runoff ends and the water begins clearing.
