I just spoke to Sam Braegger and he told me that it stands for Mile Marker 17 on Redwood Road near Saratoga Springs at the north end of the lake. He said they have four monitoring points surrounding the lake and would be happy to share how to access those. I asked him to email the info to you, TD, because you should be able to get it on here better than I can[
