Willard Wiper fun 3/27/19

I forgot about them raising the dike. I mostly ment the shad are still there. I never did catch a cat on that lure. It would be great to see those 10 and 12 pound cats come back. A guy I know showed me a bunch of pictures of limits of huge cats he would catch trolling rapalas practically on the rocks. I was spending all my spare time at Utah Lake then, and missed it at Willard. I think it lasted a few years. And then it was over. This guy was so spoiled by the big cats that he sold his boat when he couldn't get them any more. I showed him how fun the wippers are.
