Couple of us fishing Otter Creek 2 yrs. ago. 2 DWR officers came down (been sitting on hill with spotting scope) and wanted to know how many fish I had caught. "Told him 6." He then asked how many I had kept. My response was "4 the regs. state that I can still fish but must immediately release any others caught."
He agreed with this but stated that he did not like it.
Continuing to fish I then hooked as fish while they watched, I then jokingly said "I guess I've got to put this one back huh?"
