Yes, it did freeze over enough to ice fish. I saw some photos of the ice coming off from the State Park facebook page that showed where holes had been drilled.
There is not much snow on the ground in Sanpete County so Pali
e usually thaws out early. I fished Palie last year on February 2nd and there was no ice.
