Interest Level in Ice Expo type event

Thanks for the suggestion, how soon does it freeze over on average? Is it a state park? If a state park they have a whole bunch of red tape that makes things more difficult to deal with, not to mention fees that we would have to pay to do a service event. I like the location though if it could work. Thanks Jeff
