] I think my dad said that they were introduced at one time but didn't really make it too well. There may be some up in Northern area of CA.
I have used the Charlies and the live jig. It was kind of late in the season to give a full evaluation on them but then again, Spring Fling is only a few minutes away here as we are soaring back into the upper 70s to low 80s here. It has been windy though. That's why I'm beating up the ocean critters.
I did get some hits from a barracud on the green live jig. It looked too much like a young mackerel to them.
