Depends on what you are after but after living in Richmond for several months while TDY there, I can say there are some big rivers there but I just went out on the party boats and mainly fished around Newport News, just a little SE of Williamsburg. There is so much history in that area that we spent most of our free time going to different historical sites. Very cool area to explore.
