I know Jeff is going to say that I say this every time.
But it really has been tough down on the lower part of the Bear River. Water was way down , they have just closed all the gates so the main river is starting to rise a little. all the channels after the gates are extremely low and stagnate. Most of my days have ranged from little fish in the 16-22 inch class. Every now and then I manage to find a 27"er but nothing more.

Have also tried it at night. Some times until 2:30 am. Same results. with all little guys and the occasional big fish but nothing over 27 .[inline IMG_5673.JPG][inline IMG_5674.JPG][inline DSCN3563.JPG]
