I was there all weekend and was fishing from shore in the state park and between two of us we caught 20 fish all weekend. Fishing was slow. The weird thing was we caught rainbows that were spawning or attempting to spawn. I have never seen this happen this time of the year. We were using a worm and a marsh mellow to catch our fish. Nothing big, but they were good fighting fish. Didn't see a lot of people catching many fish from shore. Could be the storms that rolled through?
