Took a solo overnighter to east canyon. Fished north side by the cabins this morning and got 3 dinks. Ice was 3-4 inches and edges were soft or non existent by noon. temp was upper 40's when I got there yesterday at around 4. Temp was 55 when I left this afternoon. South side of lake and the arms still have the best ice. I would imagine ice on the north end will be unsafe very soon with higher temps during the day.
