5wt n a 9' will do most of the work. A 4 wt 9' is nice to have along too or a 10' for euro drifting. I wouldn't worry about a switch rod, the rivers around Park City are not that wide.
One thing you will need are small flies, much smaller than the 12's you use back east. Normal is 18-22's for us. Tiny nymphs like pheasant tails, barrs emergers, scuds, Blue Wing Olives and midges.
