Fish cleaning station - etiquette?

People blatantly disregarding wildlife regulations incenses me, I call every time I see it. On the other hand, going off on someone for not handling it the same way you would is not helping anyone. If you want to make a point, make it politely and succinctly. Also, you don't know the circumstances: if there's kids in my group and the guys breaking the law are a bunch of drunk dirtbag white trash dudes, I'm not going to risk starting a fight (would call the fishcops, but not going to confront.)

Strawberry needs more pictures comparing rainbow trout to cutthroat. You can catch three other species of cutt in this state that look nothing like a rainbow and one that does and that one is the one in Strawberry. Understandable that it's the best trout for the chub-control job but they need bigger pictures and more of them so people don't make mistakes. Sure we all know to look for the throat slash and orange fins but the plain fact is that some people don't.
