To answer you question about posting items for sale, that is at the discretion of each state board's moderators. There are two state boards that have a For Sale board and one on the national boards, you can post on any of these listed below even if it's not allowed here.
The most active by far is the Utah For Sale board:

On your boat color, I think thats totally up to you but IMO, I don't think I'd ever buy a black boat just because of the heat issue but again, you are the one that has to live with what ever you choose, so go with what you like the most.
