[#0000FF]Lowes. They have a section with a lot of different pieces of PVC materials...baseboards, shelves, planks, etc. I don't just have an addiction to PVC dust. I like it because it is strong and does not warp if it gets wet.
I originally thought I might make it out of 1" X 6" stuff. But then I saw the lighter weight corrugated door jamb material...about 7' for about $14. As long as you place the screws into the thicker places you are golden. However, don't use heavy torque drills on those screws. The PVC will strip if you overdo it.
