Doing a Google search for golf courses in the Park City area, I see that East Canyon Creek does in fact run right through Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club. There may in fact be some residual runoff of fertilizers from there. Tracing the creek to the ends of all it's tributaries shows that there are no other courses in direct contact with the creek, including Glenwild. Up until today, I did not know that the Jeremy Road canyon was downhill all the way from Jeremy Ranch/ParkCity area. I learned something new today. Thank you Gentlemen for setting me straight.
