I agree that any waters that are stock and maintained by tax dollars should be accessible to the public. But some land owners have reason to be upset with well we won't call them sports persons. The ones who have no respect for the land. In Kansas the KDWP try to get access to private waters for fishermen. Some of the ponds and other water access does last past the first year it's enrolled in the program. This is due to the total disrespect for the land owners surrounding land. Many of which are planted with crops. We all pay the price because of a few. fyshrmn
