I actually do fish fry parties during the winter with friends and coworkers. I had one this past Sunday believe it or not. We fed about 12 people. I cooked up about 100 fillets and homemade french fries.... it was GLORIOUS. The limit on perch is 50 per day per person, count the fish in the sled. I was fishing with a friend. We didn't even keep our limit, just over half of said limit actually. You're no longer invited to the fish fry []
