River accident kills one

[unimpressed]Water has always been a dangerous thing to be around, you must respect it. Around here where I live people die quite often in the water. Mostly weather is the main cause, but inexperience is also up there in ranking. Being an ex-navy man, I respect the water, whether it be a pond, lake, river, or ocean. Always be prepared for the unexpected never think you are safe to do anything!
