things changed in a hurry since Friday!!
I drove by Friday night, and could see open water in the inlet (Sevier) area. By Sunday afternoon, about 50% of the lake was open water.
Otter Creek (the actual creek) was raging again on Sunday. The water level on the reservoir is certainly rising, and I'm sure accessing any ice would be a challenge. You'd have to be crazy to go out on that ice right now.
There were lots of areas of open water that would be fishable from shore. Tamarisk point, and many of those beaches in that area were all open water. Big areas of open also around the campground and on towards the inlet (Sevier).
Ice fishing season on Otter Creek is done.
