Not good

I fished near there today. The ice was about ten inches thick. There were four wheeler tracks, so that would seem to be a good sign, but the ice cracked below my feet walking onto it and then a foot went through near shore, but further out it had good thickness. I fished over 34 to 73 feet of water off the face of an underwater cliff. My Nils auger went through easy and ice tent anchors went in too easy. I pray we hear the missing person is found to be well.
