Totally agree with you. There is a level of respect that goes both ways. If the drone operators are respectful of others, then there is no issue. If they are not respectful and are buzzing too close, they are in violation of the law. Pull out your camera and snap a pic of the drone. If it's too close, you'll get a great picture to turn over to the authorities who can handle the matter in a way that won't get you in trouble.

FYI, it is against Federal law to shoot down any drone, commercial, private or government. Shoot one down owned by the wrong guy, and get ready to pay out bigtime, not only to them, but also to the feds.
