Clarification needed

Are there any special restrictions on the Boise river from luckypeak dam and near highway 21? I know there is special restrictions between the two parkcenter bridges but I've been told there's special restrictions up by the dam and on the section that flows under highway 21.

Not that I can see. Proclamation states All other sections of the lower Boise River-Southwest Region general rules apply. Only restriction is the one you referenced between the East and West Parkcenter bridges.
