Had a fun holiday weekend with some great people. I fished with regular clients from Birmingham, Dr Joe Philips, his wife Beth, and nephew Calob on Friday. We had a good day boating both Spotted Bass and Stripers. We had two Stripers pushing if not a little better than 20lbs, along with a few smaller Stripers and Hybrids. We spent 6hrs chasing both species with both artificial and live bait. Our day was highlighted by a beautiful 4lb Spot Beth caught using a drop shot. Great fish Beth! When Beth sends the pics took with their camera of the Striper and other Spots I&#39;ll put em up.<br /><br />Saturday I fished w/ another set of regulars, Rick and Angela Graham along with their 14yr old neice. We boated 8 Stripers and 5 Spots in our half day trip Saturday. We again fished both live-bait and artificial and mostly stayed above Doll Mtn. Biggest Spot of the day weighed 3.5lbs and was caught on a jerkbait early.<br /><br />Rained out today but will be back out next week a few days. Looking forward to the cooler weather! I have a few days still open in December. The weather is finally cooling off and the bite is heating up so drop me a line and lets chase a trophy Spot or Striper soon.<br /><br />LB
