Things are coming together, from what I have been told this is what we have so far..
We have a tax #
We have Ins. from the VA hospital ..
We have the pavilion for the 6 Aug 11..
We have pledges from 11 companies to date..
If any one needs any fliers let me know and we'll try to get them to you..
And we have about 31 DAV's signed up already...
I think we need to have a meeting in Dec. does anyone have a date???

Wow, your getting a lot done Cliff, did they charge you for the pavilion or say how much it was going to cost? How many DAV did we have last year?
I'll be off work the week of Christmas, so any of those days would work for me, Dec. 22, 23, 24 or 26.

The next meeting will be on the 22 Dec. 2010 at Sportsman on 7200 so. SLC at 6:00pm to 7:00pm up stairs as you come in..
Any one that would like to be a team leader needs to come to this meeting...
Any question bring them as well...
Let me know if you are coming to the meeting, you can get some shopping done as well..

Ok, I moved it to the main board for a few days to help get some teams leaders signed up but once you have the team leaders, the planning needs to take place on the Events board, with Email or PM's..

Cliff, i am still your Cooking Team Leader. Just have had a few issues and things come up the last 2-3 months and haven't made a meeting. I will try my damndest to make the Dec meeting.
