Hey my brother; how you been? You know I'm down one stick; but it is in good hands. I'm glad I've got them to show off. In this economy, I wouldn't be able to afford them now.

Speaking of cool tools, how do you like your X5? Just when I thought it could not get any better than my Sky, Scadden brings out the X5 (bastage). They look fantastic.

Doing good Jeff. I guess we'll see you either in IF or SLC. Keep in touch.
BTW the rod went to Kelly Gallop's buddy. I talked to him last year and he said the guy loves it.
As for the toon's, every year something new and different. I love the Outlaw. I haven't even had a motor on it yet. We were thinking of a 5hp Yamaha for this year. It moves good enough thru the water with the oars, I never used the Minnkota at all last year. I'm thinking the Yamaha to get from one side of the lakes/ reservoirs to the other. Like launching at Renegade at Strawberry and cruising over to the Narrows area. The Cliffs at Henry's and motoring across to the hatchery. Pulling FG behind me fishing and skiing.

as I have said before I am still a novice but one week last year I had a chat with mojo about wanting a switch rod.. long story short he suggested a kit that could be had on ebay and he put it all together for me.. I have to say that rod is a joy to hold.. its one of those that just "feel" right in your hand.. I fished it once this last year on a small lake in my area.. I was roll casting with it primarily and it was simply "awesome".. it truely felt like an extention of my arm..

it was named by unanimous decision of myself, mojo and the lovely FG the mojo rod..

You made mention of a "switch rod". I thought I would share a You Tube clip of Jeong Park, a Korean gal, doing what I would consider some fancy work with fly line.
I haven't got a clue if she can fish, but I have come near wearing out this clip, mesmerized by the match of music and function. She's not a bad looking gal either. lol

Thanks for the compliments on the rods Mac. I can affirm that FG and Mojo seem to have nack for finding good deals on fly fishing goodies. I've talked with a few folks that really like the Greys.

Look forward to hearing about your TN trip.
