what is your favorite fish to eat[if you eat fish] name the type and how you like to prepare it..i personaly like brook trout smaller ones expecialy gutted and cooked on yhe grill [you ever try the cheek meat]

Walleye for the win!!
Tempura batter (in the Asian foods isle) and a good Canadian Beer in the mix.. A little salt, pepper, garlic powder on the Walleye and then dip and fry in peanut oil in a cast iron skillet.. Blue Gill work in a pinch.. [:p] [signature]

a nice fillet of stripped bas caught that day pan fried with a little of butter and sea salt...... my mouth is watering just thinking about it
