Hello, just an intro...recently relocated to Albany NY from Seattle Wa....Rabid salmon and steelheader hoping to learn some new techniques and apply some that I used on the other coast. Hoping to learn and make new friends in Albany area. Suffering from lack of omega 3 fatty acids, dating back to last fall and hoping to gets some tips as to where around here would be best for getting some action.
