White Bass

I am wanting to take my grand son out and catch a bucket of white bass. I want to go when it's the best fishing, and take the boat out but I don't know where to go on Utah Lake to have the best time.

White bass will be best in May, about the time the cottonwood fluff is blowing around. They will stage at/near mouths of rivers, etc. Old Provo River channel has been changed somewhat and not sure what the new delta will be like. I think they have planned some flow in old channel to accommodate white bass and other spawning species and historically that has been a good area. Check other inlets as well? The lake is super high right now, although they have increased flows out. Hoping for a good year there for many species.

I'd go to Lincoln Beach right now over any of the other locations.
