Buddy & his boat back in the lineup, so fished DC from 7-11:30 this morning.  Got some smallies out of Rainbow Bay, 15" the best.  Then hit the Island for barely a bite or two, boated a 14" largie and some smallies along the Charleston flats, nothing but snags  along the RR tracks around Cedar Pt.  Ended up with our best sizes & numbers of brown bass off a point near the dam.  Most fish came out of 4-7' FOW, with single-tail grubs the bait of choice.  Water level to the brim and 59-62.[/font]

sounds like a good day, I slayed the rainbows up there on Saturday. I need to try for some smallies some time.
