Cape San Blas, Florida
#1
I thought I would share a few pics of my trip to Florida last week. We fished every day, half-and-half inshore/offshore trips. Pretty much everything except the speckled trout were biting and we caught an awful lot of fish.

Did you charter a boat and how much did it cost?

I changed the bearings and put a new set of tires on the trailer then dragged the ole Carolina Skiff down to Florida. Frankly, the extra gas and bearings/etc. cost less than renting a boat for one day, and rentals always have crappy (if any) electronics packages. I also know the area really well (stationed there in the past), so no need for a guide. We just Saddled up and went fishing.
