Its been awhile again since I've written a fishing report. I've been very busy as this year I'm involved as one of the main organizers in the biggest fishing derby in the area this summer. The derby is being held over the Father's Day weekend in June and to date we have acquired over $60,000.00 in prizes. Enough about my lack of time....the fishing has been the best ever for the month of May. Both Chinook salmon (kings) and halibut fishing is on fire right now and June and July will be even better as we see even bigger fish move in. The weather has been really decent to for the early summer. Here are a couple of pics from the last 2 trips we did in the past week.
