I am from Miami, FL and been fishing for over 20 years. I am looking on planning a bachelor party in myrtle beach. can anyone direct me to some charters and how the fishing is in January and February.

The fishing is on in January, but mind you, it's cold and misrable. The ocean air will cut through you like a knife. If you pick and choose your day wisely, you can have some really great days out there. Redfish, trout, etc... Offshore, the bottom fishing is hot and much closer to shore. Grouper, snapper, and huge seabass move in to managable ranges.
Google Tea to Sea charters out of murrells inlet, sc. He's a good place to start.

How's the fishing been your way Rick? It's starting the sterotypical Mid summer slow down here in Murrells and G-Town. It's not dog slow, but slowing down. The water has been roughing up here lately too. I'm a little surprised. Last weekend they were calling 2-3, and my buddies were greeted at the murrells inlet jetties Sunday with 3-4 at about 4 seconds.

Its still good here,,,The trout bight has been real good.
Thank god I had the last couple of days off. Ive had charters for three weeks straight................
