got my first springer fishing for shad.

[center][/center][;)]I was fishing on the willamette for shad on weds the 4th and by accident caught my first salmon using a tiny curly tail grub and 8 pound leter on my steelhead pole what a blast it only wieghed about 15 pounds and id have a pic to show you all but it was a native so i had to let it go. It took about 15 minutes and acually my brother says i didnt deserve to catch him cause i was talking on my phone to utah hehehe but when i realized i had something bigger than a shad i hung up and dooley deserved the good fight that i managed to land this fish on such a tiny fragile hook yaa finally now to get one i can eat. The picture here is one my brother caught in may wieghing 20 pounds.....Miss you all and ill try to get back in the bft groove im just a very busy workin fishing single mom[cool]....Patti
