pelican (report)

[]fished pelican lake on friday and the fishing was great for me. I caught over 100 big bluegills and a ton of largemouth bass the biggest was only 14" inches. The bluegills i caught were out in the deeper water and the largemouths seemed to be everywhere i casted. It was a great trip but was really hot nearly cooked myself but managed as long as i kept the sun block on and the head net to keep the bugs out of my face.

Hey trfishin,What did you catch the gills and bass on. Were you fishing from boat, tube or were you wading. Thanks for the report.

[]sorry i did'nt write back as i have been out fishing. I was fishing out of a boat and i caught the bass on spinnerbaits and the bluegills on small jigs any color
