I spent a good afternoon with a local fishing by the dam. Didn't have one bit and didn't see any fish rising. The water quality is horrible with a visibility of 6 inches or less. I was expecting at least one fish. Fished with every fly I have caught fish with and then when thru the old number ones.

Don't know what the deal is, any suggestions?
