minnows

I found a guy that sells frozen minnows if anyone needs them for the spring.

He has shiners, suckers and occasionally sculpin.

I recently bought 12 dozen from him so i know he has a decent supply. They ran me $2.49 a dozen

How would I contact this man? I could use some minnows but its been tricky to get them lately.
