I was wondering what happened to that one. Good ole Jed Burton already made another trip out here since then. I took him up to the Channel Islands area this time.[cool]

That was an "After lunch/after fishing" photo.
In the pic from right to left are:
JapanRon, TubeNtoo, TubeN2, Jed Burton (Utah BFT) 2 of Jeds friends.

wow it has been a while since I have been back on the california board. That picture brings a tear to my eye. I need to make another trip down there if I can. I went out to austin texas a couple of weeks ago and did some surf fishing in the gulf and caugh a couple of sharks that were pretty big, but not a lot of other fish like on the cali trips.

Probably not until next spring sometime. I have been working long hours due to the holidays and will be working too much to head down there soon, but early next year I am sure I will be able to get a trip in.

I hope I can introduce you to my old stomping grounds at Catalina Islands. There is always some good fishing there. Some of the techniques even change from the Channel Islands to the Catalina Islands.[cool]
