[cool][#0000ff]Great story. Thanks for sharing it.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]Over the years I have "caught" quite a few different birds...seagulls, pelicans, cormorants, grebes and ducks. I have even hooked a couple of bats on flies, while fishing during low light conditions.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]But, never an eagle...fishing OR golf.[/#0000ff]

Wow, thats pretty wild. I would have probably dropped my camera OR something in the water trying to get a pic of that in a hurry.
I thought I was getting hits on my lure last night but it was bats buzzing the watertop and nicking my line. Everytime I casted I was hoping one wouldn't try the lure. I would hate to catch one of those ugly wigglin things [shocked]

Alan,

I don't know. Shelly the Shark indicated that something bad happened - some kind of loss. When Mel dropped out of the moderating, I was afraid it might ultimately go away. If you hear anything I'd like to know. (Sorry guys and girls. This is a conversation from another board that looks like it may have gone belly up. I'll hush now.)

I tried to log on but it wasn't there... is that why it went belly up?
