Wildlife Resources Commission invites anglers of all ages and skill levels to go fishing — for free.[/size][/font][/left] [left] [/left] [left][font "Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"][size 2]On July 4, from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., anyone can fish any inland, public water in the state without having to purchase a license or trout stamp. The fishing license waiver applies to North Carolina anglers as well as out-of-state anglers.
