Lost the skunk at Willard today. Dropped a blue and silver BB along the rocks in the SE corner of Freeway Bay and immediately started getting bites. 15 minutes there and I had a tank of a walleye aboard. Don't have scales but my bass tournament hand said 3 1/2 pounds. About 24".
Got one other wallie there, about 14" and a wiper later while casting a jig and plastic minnow. Will post a picture if I can figure out how. Only had my phone along.
Willard was flat calm and 70 degree water when I left. Power squadron about to launch in full mayhem.
