Cold, yet rewarding morning on Deer Creek - Freakyfisherman - 11-11-2016 I launched my tube just before sunrise. Working jigs vertically in 56 ft of water scored me four walleye and a perch. They all had their air bladder sticking out, so they all will be consumed in a fish bisque. It may be the last float tube trip, depending on the air Temps after next week's front. I was wanting to head up to DC with my pontoon craft. What did you use when you vertical jigged for walleye? I would love to catch a walleye up there. I am surprised how deep you were. Any possibility of sharing the area you were in? Thanks for the great post. [signature] |
